It would not be Thanksgiving without an NFL game in the Lone Star State. More specifically, a game in Dallas. This year, the Washington Redskins will head to Big D to take on Ezekiel Elliot and the Dallas Cowboys in an NFC East showdown. The Redskins are riding high following a 42-24 demolition of the fading Green Bay Packers on the Sunday Night Football. The Cowboys are riding even higher, however, as they have now won nine straight after a victory over the Baltimore Ravens at home.
The Redskins currently sit in third place in the NFC East with a 6-3-1 record. The division has been the best in the NFL thus far this season, with the Redskins having their ups and downs, placing them in third at the moment. Rob Kelley has been an absolute beast in the backfield, as opposing defenses simply cannot take him down on the first contact. He will provide the team with an answer to the Cowboys star rookie back Elliot. Kelley may not get as much praise as the fellow rookie back, but after this game, something tells me he will.

As for the Cowboys, there is hardly anything bad to say about the team now. The team continues to roll and win game after game. Rookies Dak Prescott and Elliot have flourished behind the best offensive line in football. But sooner or later they need to hit a rough game, right? They have not faced the hardest of schedules, and they certainly have not faced a back with the tenacity of Kelley. I am expecting this to be a back and forth type of game, with the winner to be decided on the final drive. With that said, I am not going to lay seven points, and I need to lean to the underdogs here.
