San Antonio Spurs point guard Tony Parker will play and start tonight in Game 4 of the 2013 NBA Finals, according to ESPN NBA Insider Chris Broussard.

Parker suffered a mild hamstring strain in the Spurs’ Game 3 victory. Backup point guard Gary Neal stepped up in Parker’s absence, as he scored 24 points, including six three pointers, and led San Antonio to a 36-point blowout win. Neal’s tremendous performance gave San Antonio a 2-1 advantage in the series.

Parker should be 100 percent for San Antonio tonight despite the injury, although he may see reduced minutes, especially after Neal’s Game 3 three-point barrage..

It will be intriguing to see what Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich does with Parker tonight, as he could be one of the key contributors for San Antonio tonight in a pivotal Game 4 in the AT&T Center.
