CLEVELAND – With the 2015 NFL Draft three days away, the Cleveland Browns and Oakland Raiders are working on a potential blockbuster move.
According to media reports, Cleveland and Oakland are in the midst of a deal that would have the Browns vault up to No.4, with the Raiders dropping back to No.12 and No.19 respectively.
The feeling in many NFL circles is that the Browns are the front-runner for former Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota.
If Mariota is able to make it past either the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at No.1 and the Tennessee Titans at No.2, the Browns would be able to leapfrog potential suitors such as the San Diego Chargers and Philadelphia Eagles.
One year after drafting Johnny Manziel out of Texas A&M, and needs on offense and defense, it seems that the Browns are ready to turn the page on the very short Johnny Football era by going all in on the 2014 Heisman Trophy winner in Mariota.
