Well, who saw that Pittsburgh Steelers game from last week coming? I was calling for the Steelers to be all over the Philadelphia Eagles a week ago, but instead, the Eagles turned the tables and won 34-3. This week the Steelers will be home, however, and they host the Kansas City Chiefs. A Chiefs team that took care of the New York Jets a week ago with ease, winning 24-3.

The Steelers may have looked awful last week and burned me, but I am getting right back on the horse this week. First things first, they are home instead of on the road which always helps. The club won their lone home game so far this year when they took down divisional rival Cincinnati in week two. Secondly, they are getting their star running back Le’Veon Bell back. Bell is said to be in great shape and the team is planning to use him plenty this week. DeAngelo Williams has been solid in his place, which means the Steelers will now have one of the better-running duos in the league. Pair that with Big Ben and the team’s passing game and they should be back clicking on offense in week four.

Meanwhile, we see the Chiefs take on the road. The road was not kind to the Chiefs in week two, as they lost their only game so far in Houston. They looked terrible on offense that game to put it kindly. Last week the team was lifted by the sensational performance of their defense, who were all over the Jets. In particular, all over Ryan Fitzpatrick. But this is not Arrowhead, and Big Ben is no Fitzpatrick. So do not expect to see a repeat performance from the defense. Also, I would not get your hopes up for Jamaal Charles either, as it does not sound like he will be playing any major role in this one if he plays at all.

So when all is said and done, the road Chiefs are not the same as the home Chiefs. And this week they need to take on a club who sees one of its best players return from a suspension. I put my eggs in the Steelers basket last week and I am regretting it now. But I still have enough faith in my logic this week, which points to the black and gold.
