Keeping this at the center of her purpose, she has gone ahead in founding a one-of-a-kind foundation ‘Save our Daughters.’ Her foundation is dedicated to the education, motivation and spiritual enlightenment of young women in the community. The purpose of the foundation is to provide guidance, support, and encouragement that motivates them to navigate through life’s challenges and prepare them for the real world and ultimately achieve their definition of success.
At the centre of the Save our Daughters Foundation is the 4-week summer mentorship program that every year takes place during the months of June and July. It is a program designed for young girls aged 11-17 years to help them develop their self-esteem, leadership skills, and ultimate success in life. Who better than Tyraa, a mother to two teenage girls, to understand the importance of developing self-esteem and confidence in teen girls? After authoring a book titled, “7 Days of Inspiration to Save our daughters,” Tyraa felt the need to do more and this ignited the passion within her to start her own foundation.
Tyraa Nicole Caldwell is not just an author and founder and CEO of her foundation, but also a successful entrepreneur, excelling in the real estate and property management sector. She established her company ‘Tyraa Nicole Property Management LLC,’ in 2014 and sold it in 2022. The talent from Detroit, Michigan has stood exceptional as a versatile talent, exuding brilliance and passion also as a mentor, real estate broker, property manager, investor, and educator. As a mentor, she continues to guide young girls and women through her foundation.
Tyraa’s real estate brokerage is now restructured as Tyraa Nicole Realtors, driven to empower more women and those who support women empowerment. It educates the community in real estate endeavors and has modernized the business into asset management. For creating an impactful difference in people’s lives, she focuses on real estate education and women’s empowerment.
