In the ever-shifting digital landscape of the United States, one visionary stands poised to alter the course of small businesses’ marketing and branding journeys in Colorado. Meet Jonathan Novaretti, the Brazilian tech luminary affectionately known as “Jony” in the industry, who is embarking on an expedition to revolutionize the way small enterprises engage with their customers. His newly formed firm, Jony Tech LLC, carries a mission to breathe new life into the digital marketing sphere and bridge the gap between small businesses and their customer base.

Small businesses across the U.S. have long grappled with the challenges of digital marketing and branding. Recent statistics reveal that over 90% of small businesses struggle to compete effectively in the digital landscape, and more than 50% lack a well-defined marketing strategy. This stark reality underscores the pressing need for innovation and change in this arena.

At the heart of Novaretti’s mission is the creation of an avant-garde rewards program app designed to transform how small businesses in Colorado’s food and retail sectors connect with their patrons. It’s an audacious endeavor, one that not only encourages repeat purchases but also nurtures customer loyalty and drives consistent business. For Novaretti, this endeavor is about more than just business; it’s about community, growth, and making a positive impact on the local economy.

Novaretti’s vision for Jony Tech is unwavering – to carve a niche in the fiercely competitive U.S. market, with a special emphasis on Colorado. Through the development of robust and sustainable rewards programs, the company aims to elevate customer engagement, amplify revenue, and cultivate enduring brand loyalty for small businesses.

The roots of Novaretti’s tech journey trace back to his formative years in São Paulo, Brazil. Born in 1985, he took his first steps in the world of programming through a program called Game Factory, driven by a fascination with physics and mathematics. His early endeavors led to web design and programming courses, as well as work in URA software development for telemarketing companies.

As the years rolled on, Novaretti delved into freelance work, designing websites for various businesses. His dedication eventually led him to pursue a degree in Computer Systems at FIAP, one of São Paulo’s leading IT colleges. Simultaneously, he secured an internship at Vinha.Net, a pivotal point in his journey into Microsoft technologies.

He further honed his skills at Unidesk, specializing in Geo Processing (GIS) software, where he contributed to groundbreaking projects such as using satellite images to map irregular constructions. In 2007, Novaretti’s talent earned recognition through his participation in the Imagine Cup, where his work in algorithms and a project aiding visually impaired internet browsing garnered acclaim.

Novaretti’s career continued to ascend when he joined Webmotors in 2008, optimizing website performance and search engine rankings. His quest for knowledge persisted with an MBA in Software Architecture at FIAP and a role at Third Consultoria, where he served SKY TV and developed a service order control project.

In 2015, personal life took center stage as he married his wife and moved to a quaint apartment in Santo André, Brazil, accompanied by their child and three dogs. Amidst the bustling routine, their love for travel endured, with a magical honeymoon at Disney sparking a fervent passion for exploring diverse cultures and landscapes.

By 2017, Novaretti’s career reached new heights as he assumed the role of architect at Iterative, spearheading a migration project to Azure that boosted performance by an impressive 50%. His journey continued to soar with XP, where he played a pivotal role in creating XDEX, a cryptocurrency brokerage, and XP’s innovative digital bank.

Today, Jonathan Novaretti stands as a beacon in the tech industry, serving as a senior software engineer for Freshbooks in Toronto, while eagerly anticipating his imminent relocation to the United States. With Jony Tech LLC poised to make waves in Colorado’s small business landscape, Novaretti’s story is a testament to unwavering commitment to innovation, relentless learning, and the pursuit of excellence. As he embarks on this momentous step in his remarkable journey, the digital marketing and branding landscape in Colorado may be on the brink of a transformative change like never before.
