BUFFALO – After losing 37-22 to the New England Patriots, can the 3-3 Buffalo Bills rebound against the 2-4 Minnesota Vikings?

Minnesota, who is also coming off a 17-3 loss to the division rival Detroit Lions, will most likely come into Ralph Wilson Stadium with rookie quarterback Teddy Bridgewater under center.

For the year, the former Louisville Cardinal has completed 54-of-87 passes for 655 yards and 65 yards rushing on 14 carries and one touchdown, in splitting time with backups Matt Cassel and former first-round pick, Christian Ponder.

While not having troubled running back, Adrian Peterson, the Vikings does possess talent on offense in Matt Asiata, Greg Jennings, Kyle Rudolph and Cordarelle Patterson.

On defense, Minnesota may have found a star in first-round pick, Anthony Barr formerly of UCLA, as he is tied linebacker Jasper Brinkley for second on the team with 36 total tackles.

Barr leads all Vikings defenders in tackles for loss with two.

In what should be a tight game, Buffalo will need recently-signed and new starter, Kyle Orton to make good decisions with the ball against a fast Vikings defense. If Orton can get the ball out to Sammy Watkins early and often, it will free up Buffalo’s offense to utilize Scott Chandler, Robert Woods, C.J. Spiller, Fred Jackson and the soon-to-be dealt Mike Williams.

Unlike former first-round pick, EJ Manuel, Orton will make the right decisions and get the ball in the hands of the right personnel.

Expect more of the same from him on Sunday.

Prediction: Bills 27 Vikings 13
