I am fully aware that the main focus for much of the professional wrestling landscape is Wrestlemania for the WWE. However, there is news happening in other wrestling promotions that are worth talking about. One of them recently happened at the Ring of Honor 15th Anniversary Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The main event of the card saw Christopher Daniels get shot at Adam Cole for the Ring of Honor World title. When the dust was settled, the ROH senior referee Todd Sinclair held up Christopher Daniels hand as he would go on to win the belt. This is his first major singles title in his fifteen years of being with Ring of Honor. I was able to see the match and both wrestlers were able tell a great story. There was one moment in the match that made this match interesting from a story telling perspective. As it seemed that Adam Cole was within moments of retaining his belt, Frankie Kazarian came out and was going to “help” Adam Cole. However, he ended up turning on Cole by ripping off the Bullet Club shirt.
I am curious to see how this affects Ring of Honor’s TV the next few weeks heading into Ring of Honor Supercard of Honor XI that is happening Wrestlemania weekend in Florida. Prior to the 15th anniversary show, Adam Cole was set to face Dalton Castle for the Ring of Honor title and Christopher Daniels was set to face Frankie Kazarian. Now what happens now that Daniels is the Ring of Honor champion and Kazarian turned on Adam Cole.
It will be surely interesting to see if they change those matches and what they change them to for the big event. We will keep you up to date on everything Wrestling related at the Inscriber Magazine.
