Achieving a noteworthy milestone, Zibra AI, a deep-tech Ukrainian company, now has 100,000 users on its platform. This platform uses artificial intelligence to make the process of creating games more efficient. This achievement was enthusiastically revealed by Serhiy Tokarev, an IT investor, businessman, and co-founder of the technology company Roosh that includes Zibra AI in its ecosystem.

Zibra AI keeps recording noteworthy victories along the way. It first strengthened its relationship with Room8 Group and then had a successful run in the esteemed a16z Speedrun accelerator. It now celebrates having an impressive user base. Serhiy Tokarev revealed that in just two years, the team has brought together a strong community of developers, VFX artists, and game enthusiasts, numbering in the thousands.

The CEO and co-founder of Zibra AI, Alex Petrenko, emphasized that the degree of community engagement is even more remarkable than reaching the 100,000-user mark.

According to Petrenko, their goal in the beginning was to develop a platform that would change their users’ lives. That dream has come true. Developers can display their skills and works of art on our Discord server, which functions as a creative hub. Moreover, their community uses their tools to create projects that it regularly posts on Reddit and other platforms. “We created Zibra AI to support creators, and luckily, our technology is finding resonance within the growing developer community,” said Alex Petrenko.

Zibra AI was founded in 2021 in Kyiv, Ukraine, and is a part of the Roosh ecosystem. The business focuses on AI-driven solutions that streamline the work of designers and developers that create interactive visual effects, three-dimensional environments, and characters for games and virtual environments. The primary product of this firm, Zibra Effects, uses realistic physics and real-time 3D simulation to streamline the creation of visual effects.

Zibra AI’s goal is to accelerate game development while bringing realism to the digital environment. With more than 100,000 users now, the ecosystem is a prime example of how ethical AI use fosters innovation.

The strartup was selected for the inaugural Speedrun accelerator, which was hosted by renowned American venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), in 2023. Zibra AI formally launched its seed round with the $500,000 investment firm received as part of the accelerator program. At this point, $2.5 million has been invested in Zibra AI overall.

When the news broke, Serhiy Tokarev commented that despite receiving 1,600 applications, Zibra AI was among the 32 selected companies and the sole representative from Eastern Europe.

Zibra AI and Room 8 Studio, a well-known video game company worldwide, announced a strategic alliance in August 2023. On virtual content projects, both businesses intend to work together.

A platform for producing AI-driven realistic effects in virtual worlds, Zibra AI is a Ukrainian deep-tech company part of the Roosh ecosystem. The company’s products are currently used by a number of businesses outside the game industry, such as edtech, VR/AR, production, and filmmaking.
