Von Miller came to the Buffalo Bills after a decade with the Denver Broncos and a short but highly impactful half of a season with the Los Angles Rams that ended with a Super Bowl victory.

After coming here, he produced a video that has inspired the Bills Mafia, to say the least; Miller mentions events in the history of the storied franchise that, includes “Wide Right,” “The Music City Miracle,” and “Thirteen Seconds.” His advice about them can be summed up in three simple words “Burn it all!” It has been the team’s rallying cry all season so far, and it has led to a record of six wins with only one loss which was only two points to the division-rival Miami Dolphins.

Speaking of the phrase “Burn it all,” Miller has lit a white-hot fire under players on this Buffalo Bills defense that was excellent last year. This fire lighting would include second-year fellow edge rusher Gregory Rousseau, who has had five sacks this season as of this writing through seven games. Another edge rusher who seems that the fire has been lit under is Boogie Basham, who has seemingly lost twenty pounds, thus making his explosion far more, and is having a career year.

Miller possesses second-to-none leadership skills across the league, and it is apparent that the Buffalo Bills have suffered a nasty bite of the injury bug where they have played games with numerous starters at critical positions on the defense, including the entire secondary for at least one game this year, and the team has not lost a beat. Buffalo got through arguably the most challenging part of their season schedule, having a record of six wins and only one loss with ten games to go, and it can be realistic that they would win the rest of them with the winter months rapidly approaching, ultimately ending with the Bills hoisting the Lombardi Trophy in Glendale, Arizona in February.
