Into The Woods is an enchanting film that brings together some favorite fairytale characters. The picture is doing exceptionally well at the box office, and is receiving praise from fans and critics alike.

The most telling reason for its success is the stellar cast that was put together for the film.

Meryl Streep (Devil Wears Prada, Mamma Mia), Anna Kendrick (Pitch Perfect), Emily Blunt (Looper, Edge Of Tomorrow) Chris Pine (Star Trek) and James Corden (Begin Again) are all apart of the film’s glorious ensemble of stars. However, the performances most are talking about are Into The Woods youngest cast members, Daniel Huttlestone and Lilla Crawford.

While each actor/actress does their part in making the film special, it’s Huttlestone and Crawford whom truly stand out. For these two, singing for an audience is not something they haven’t done before. Both Huttlestone and Crawford have experience on stage.

Huttlestone, 15, has been performing in London’s theater district since the age of nine. He was featured in Oliver!, and did so until the show reached an end in 2011. Huttlestone was also featured in the 2012 film adaptation of Les Miserables. Crawford has not had the film experience of her male counterpart.

However, she also has a background in the theater. She has been featured in Broadway productions of both Billy Elliot and Annie.

While neither Huttlestone or Crawford plan to abandon their theater roots, the two will certainly be looking to make a mark in Hollywood. Currently, Crawford is set to star in the film Little Miss Perfect, while Huttlestone is slated to appear in London Town.

So, go see Into The Woods for the singing and the fabulous cast, but don’t forget to take notice of Huttlestone and Crawford, as they are simply too good to be lost in the shuffle of an star-studded cast.
