León Fernández, singer, musician, composer, and entrepreneur, has launched EnClavedeFa, a new magazine celebrating quality music and musicians deeply committed to their art. This magazine is part of the distinguished portfolio of dlb Ediciones, a company Fernández has successfully led and expanded.

EnClavedeFa aims to pay tribute to high-quality music and the genres and performers that have left an indelible mark on musical history, from great masters to lesser-known talents. In a time when more commercial genres and digital production with AI have often overshadowed traditional artistic works, EnClavedeFa positions itself as a platform to honor jazz, symphonic music, indigenous rhythms, and other genres that require genuine talent and training.

For Fernández, the magazine also serves as a tribute to the bass clef and the instruments that use it, like the bass and the tuba, of which he is a master instrumentalist. Through EnClavedeFa, Fernández recalls a time when the path to becoming a musician was challenging and demanding, where academic training and authenticity on stage were essential. He refers to musicians and singers of this era as “old school”—artists who, unlike many today, thrived without the help of machines or digital effects.

The first issue of EnClavedeFa features Ivette Falcón, a renowned Cuban cellist with a 25-year career, on its cover. Falcón, a personal friend of Fernández since their youth, embodies the values of the magazine through her dedication and talent.

The effort to bring EnClavedeFa to the U.S. market is led by Maykel Pérez, Director of Marketing and Advertising at dlb Ediciones. With a strategy focused on one of the world’s most sophisticated and demanding markets, Pérez is committed to elevating the profile of this new magazine, connecting its audience with the ideal of well-crafted music.

The team at dlb Ediciones and Grupo Leferas™ celebrates the arrival of EnClavedeFa and congratulates its creator and leader, León Fernández, for bringing this innovative and necessary project to the world of music.
