With the start of the NFL regular season two weeks away, teams will begin the process of selecting the final players for their 53-man roster, cuts will be made and off-season deals and contracts will be finalized.

That being said, teams are now making final preparations for Week One. Here are my prediction rankings for the AFC this season.

AFC East

1.) Buffalo Bills (12-5): It’s now or never for Josh Allen and Bills Mafia

2.) New York Jets (10-7): Never bet against No.8. He’s a bad man for a reason.

3.) Miami Dolphins (9-8): Until Tua can prove that he can beat a team above .500, and win in cold weather, the Tuna stays frozen here.

4.) New England Patriots (6-11): Growing pains ahead on Patriot Way

AFC North

1.) Baltimore Ravens (11-6): Is this the beginning of the end in Charm City?

2.) Cleveland Browns (10-7): Not sold on Watson going a full season, Garrett and this No.1 defense will carry the Brownies.

3.) Cincinnati Bengals (9-8): Too many questions about Burrow’s health and drama around Chase.

4.) Pittsburgh Steelers (9-8): Russ or Fields? Doesn’t matter. The Black and Gold just don’t have it anymore.

AFC West

1.) Kansas City Chiefs (13-4): Until proven otherwise, the champs are still the best!

2.) Los Angeles Chargers (10-7): Harbaugh brings some much needed toughness to SoCal.

3.) Denver Broncos (9-8): Bo Nix and Sean Payton is going to be the new Brees-Payton combo.

4.) Las Vegas Raiders (8-9): Perhaps not taking a QB in the first round is going to come back to haunt the Silver and Black.

AFC South

1.) Houston Texans (12-5): Stroud ascends to NFL MVP status in H-Town

2.) Jacksonville Jaguars (10-7): T-Law and the Jags are lurking around quietly and ready to pounce.

3.) Indianapolis Colts (8-9): Not sold on AR-5, expect Taylor to shoulder a lot of the offensive load this season

4.) Tennessee Titans (7-10): Mayo Man is going to go sour this season.
