Miami’s rising women’s athleisure fashion designer and serial entrepreneur, Jessyka Castillo, is celebrating the start of Summer 2024 with the launch of new Summer 24’ Essentials athleisure Collection by her popular fashion brand, FFGAINS.
The brand has established a reputation for offering inclusive sizing, stylish designs and functional activewear that women of all backgrounds can appreciate. Available for sale on ShopFFGains.com, Castillo’s premium women’s athleisure brand was initially inspired by movement for mental health wellness.
Originally founded under Fitness + Financial Gains™ in early 2022 in an effort to bring like-minded individuals together to move, exercise and network, the FFGAINS affiliate fashion brand has taken off and become popular with Miami’s fitness and wellness workout communities.
“Since founding Fitness + Financial Gains™, I’m proud to say that I have grown the brand into a comprehensive incubator, events program with monthly social, fashion and philanthropic events as well as a supporting women’s fitness apparel brand– FFGAINS,” Castillo said.
Some of the most in-demand women’s athleisure apparel looks available in this new Summer Essentials collection include two-piece skirt sets (with built-in shorts), leggings, one-piece jumpsuits and short onesies,” all available in essential core colors— white, nude, brown, and black. A pop of yellow color was included in this summer collection in honor of celebrating summer outdoor sun and activities.
Castillo initially designed this prominent Miami women’s athleisure brand to provide curvy women versatile and stylish workout sets that make it easy to transition from a daytime workout session to a night out in Miami’s Design District. “FFGAINS apparel sets feature a warm color palette to compliment all skin tones, four-way stretch, adjustable straps, functional pockets, inclusive sizing and trendy chic looks,” Castillo said.
Wearing many hats as one of Miami’s top fashionistas, Castillo has become one of the region’s it-girls leading the way when it comes to all things fashion, events and technology. To start, she’s a brand ambassador, influencer, professional host, published curvy runway model featured on Vogue.com and computer systems engineer.
Now, you can officially refer to her as an emerging and thriving women’s fashion designer in the athleisure and workout apparel space. “I’m grateful and proud to be celebrating two years of Fitness + Financial Gains™events this summer.
This month also marks FFGAINS one year business anniversary since I launched the very first collection just last summer. Since then, we have received a lot of interest and are continuing to expand our presence and events programming into Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach County,” Castillo continued.
Castillo is also a proud Dominican, Afro-Latina woman and fashion designer who is an advocate for daily movement and exercise. She attributes daily movement as an essential part of maintaining overall mental health wellness. “My motto is ‘MOVE, like your mental health depends on it!” Castillo stated. “My ultimate goal for the FFGAINS brand and community is to be in the best physical and financial shape of our lives; together, in community.”
FFGAINS’ new Summer Essentials collection features nine unique women’s athleisure looks that have been the best sellers from past FFGAINS collections. These popular, in-demand women’s apparel sets offer active women varied wardrobe pieces available in essential classic colors: black, white, nude, and brown.
The ultimate FFGAINS best seller from this past year has been the vibrant Miami Yellow Collection which in includes the Crossover Skirt Set and Legging Set, all of which will be available for sale with the brand’s first-ever retail partner– fitness studio MegaLit located at 3223 NE 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33137.
According to Castillo, limited quantities will be available in select sizes: “We’re excited to sell FFGAINS athleisure apparel in our first retail store– for this initial collaboration, we will be selling select sizes including small, medium and large at MegaLit. More retail expansions will be coming later this summer,” Castillo said.
Fitness + Financial Gains™ is a Miami-based local community incubator featuring a variety of events with a supportive women’s athleisure fashion brand.
