There are a handful of divisional match-ups in week two of the NFL season. One of those games will feature two teams from the AFC North that both failed to score more than 14 points in their opening game. Those two teams finished with different results in week one, however. I am talking about the Cleveland Browns and the Baltimore Ravens of course, who will be playing in Cleveland this week. The Browns suffered a 29-10 loss to Philadelphia to open the season, while the Ravens defeated the Bills in Baltimore.

The Browns lost their starting quarterback, with Robert Griffin III going to the IR with a fracture in his shoulder. Josh McCown, who is in his 15th year in the NFL will take over the Browns offense, and the team may be better off as a result.

Griffin looked pretty awful last week and failed to utilize one of the teams better receiving options, tight end Gary Barnidge. Now I am not saying McCown makes them a contender, as that is not even close to being true, but I do feel he will be a better game manager who will keep the offense moving a little more than RGIII.

The Ravens, on the other hand, will trot out an offense that is severely lacking in weapons. Quarterback Joe Flacco does not have much to work with, as the teams running game is fairly non-existent, while there is no true number one receiver. The team will be relying on their defense, which is the clear difference in the game.

While the Browns may have a few extra offensive weapons (not many but still more than Baltimore), the Ravens defense is ahead and heals above the Browns unit. Josh McCown is not going to have an easy first task to start his season.

When all is said and done, this game will likely mimic the games the two played in last week. What I mean by that is a game that does not see either team put up that many points. But Flacco will be able to get enough out of Mike Wallace and Kamar Aiken to help the Ravens win by at least a touchdown.
