Step 1: Follow this link to visit the website of Udise+: https://sdms.udiseplus.gov.in

Step 3: Enter your username, password, and the captcha code. 

Step 4: After logging successfully, you will see a dashboard where you can manage everything. 

Step 5: You need to click on ‘list of all students’. Now you have to click on ‘active students’. 

Step 6: There you will see a button with ‘Download Excel’ at the top right corner of a web page. Click on it to start downloading the Excel sheet.

Import Student Data from an Excel Sheet to Vedmarg School ERP Software

Importing student’s data on Vedmarg best school management software, an enterprise resource planning (ERP full form) is as easy as having a cup of tea. Let’s understand the process step-by-step: 

 

Step 1: Visit the Vedmarg ERP dashboard at https://account.vedmarg.com. 

Step 2: Go to the ‘Student’ module. Click on ‘All Students’. 

Step 3: The import button is placed next to the ‘+’ button. 

Step 4: Click on the ‘Import Students’ button, and download the sample format Excel sheet file. 

Step 5: Examine the sample sheet carefully. You need to select all the headings and copy them into the ‘Udise’ Excel sheet file. 

 

Note: The headings need to be the same on both sheets to import the data accurately. 

 

Step 6: Copy all the data from one sheet to the other. Make sure the data should cater to the relevant headings. 

Step 7: Once you have altered the data. You need to save the file.

Step 9: You will get a green signal if all your data is valid, otherwise you will be notified with a red color warning. You need to fix those errors before uploading the sheet over again. Repeat the process till you get a green signal.
