To avoid this, continue cutting down on the number of calories that you consume for you to experience further weight loss. By consuming 100 calories less each day, you will experience weight loss.

4. Cut down on your sugar intake

Sugar has a lot of empty calories. Therefore, by just cutting out sugar from your diet, you can experience tremendous weight loss. Some ways to do this is to avoid adding sugar to your tea or coffee. You can also cut down or stop taking soda and other soft drinks.

5. Exercise

Exercising on a regular basis will help you not only stay fit, but it will also keep off the kilos. You can exercise in a gym or on your own at home. When you are first starting out, the best thing would be to work with a fitness trainer.
