GLASGOW (UK) — According to media reports, Scottish voters 55-45 against a referendum for Scottish independence early Friday.
The Unionists, led by British prime minister, David Cameron, managed to fend off the pro-Scotish separatist movement aimed at breaking a 307-year union with England.
If Scotland voted yes, such a move would have sent international shockwaves not only throughout the European Union, but the world as well.
