Santa Clara, CA (Levi Stadium) – SuperBowl LX is set and the Seattle Seahawks will face the New England Patriots on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at Levi Stadium in Santa Clara.

This is a high-stakes rematch of SuperBowl XLIX (when the infamous “Malcolm Butler” game), but with entirely new rosters and coaching staff.

The Seahawks are the favorites and as the #1 seed in the NFL (14-3) and the consensus favorite among analyst.

     •The “Darnold Renaissance:  Sam
     Darnold has had an MVP-caliber
season, finishing with 3,800 yards and
     exercising his past Demons.

•Elite defense led by Mike MacDonald
Seattle boasts the leagues #1 scoring
defense.  They allowed just 13 points
combined over their final two playoff
     game.

     •Predictions:  Analysts at ESPN are
     unanimously picking Seattle (12/12
     experts), citing their superior pass
     and rush against “suspect” Patriots
     offensive line.

New England is the underdog.  The Patriots (14-3) return to the SuperBowl for the first time since 2018 behind a legendary defensive performance in the AFC Championship.

     •The Drake Maye Factor:  Sophomore
QB Drake Maye has been clinical
leading the league in completion per-
centage. He is viewed as “calm in
     the storm” for New England.

•Defensive Grind:  The Patriots won a
gritty 10-7 defensive battle in the
snow against Denver to get here.
     They specialize in making high-flying
     offense look “ordinary.”

While New England are the underdogs, fans believing the game will be a one-score defensive slugfest decided in the final minute.

In a historic first for the SuperBowl, global sensation Bad Bunny will be the solo headliner for the 2026 halftime show.  It marks the first time a male Latin music artist has headlined the event.

Both teams are relatively healthy, but Seattle is monitoring WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba (minor ankle tweak), who led the NFL in receiving yards this year. For New England, the health of the interior offensive line remains the biggest variable against Seattle’s blitz-heavy scheme.

The INSCRIBERMAG did  SuperBowl predictions, Jeff – 27-17 (Seattle), Scott – 24-10 (Seattle), Robert – 27-21 (Seattle),
Betty – 32-28 (Seattle).

The consensus with the INSCRIBERMAG all projected Seattle Seahawks will win Superbowl LX.
