What is it about this Southern state that just evokes paradise and produces some of the hottest women on Earth?
Whether you are visiting on family vacation, spring break or a weekend corporate retreat, the Sunshine State—thanks to its 1,350 miles of coastline—the longest in the United States—it’s all-year round subtropical climate, ethnic mix of Southern, African, Hispanic and colonial culture or it’s cities such as Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Tampa Bay, Orlando and Miami, that make it a haven of beauty, but clearly there is something in the water when it comes to Florida and beautiful women fitting into the same sentence.
From the bright lights and busy nightlife of South Beach to Daytona Beach, Panama City, Destin, Sarasota, Fort Lauderdale and places in between, Florida is one of the places to be if you are a model looking to break into the big time.
Talent agencies are seemingly everywhere and unsuspecting talent seemingly waiting to be discovered at a Publix or even just casually lounging on one of the state’s many beaches on both the Gulf Coast or the Atlantic Ocean.
Notables such as Eva Mendes, Carolyn Murphy, Bella Thorne, Crystal Renn, Diora Baird, Niki Taylor and Ashley Greene are just a few that call Florida home. While some may say and think that hot women in Florida are a dime a dozen, Cecily Pacifico is one to watch.
They say that eyes are the window to the soul. For whatever rhyme or reason, Pacifico’s set of piercing blue eyes, can seemingly take one’s breath away, just by gazing upon them.
At 5’5, the Altamonte Springs native has a sultry and sophisticated look destined for New York or Hollywood. And thanks to a petite yet compact body, Pacifico has the type of figure that could grace many a magazine cover. A freelance and published Miss IBMS Daytona Beach and Miss IBMS Tampa, Pacifico is breathless to behold and stunning at the same time.
She may live near the Atlantic, but—pardon the pun—but Pacifico is destined to be a Pacific heartbreaker. Brash. unapologetic and never afraid to own it, Pacifico has the type of self-confidence—along with a figure—that commands one’s attention.
Below is my Q and A with Cici as we talk high-end fashion, how to dress and look your best during summer!

Robert D. Cobb: What kind of model do you consider yourself (Instagram, fitness, glamour, fashion, bikini)
Cici Pacifico: “I don’t see myself as a certain type of model since I have done a lot of variety & I am currently switching up the type of modeling I do, from bikini and boudoir to more Portrait / editorial & fashion type stuff. I want to move to New York and try and act or do more editorial and beauty work.
I still stand for certain types of nudity being beautiful and art as long as it’s tasteful and seeing someone comfortable in their own skin is heartwarming for me. However, I truly believe that a beautiful face has a lot of power. I would like to model for a makeup company one day.”
Robert D. Cobb: What brands have you modeled for? Which one do you enjoy modeling for the most?
Cici Pacifico: “Also being a promotional model, I have modeled with too many brands to name but my absolute favorite is my friend Michael Lamberts company, Anchorr Inc.”
Robert D. Cobb: Where has been your favorite place to shoot?
Cici Pacifico: “Actually one of my favorite shoots was in my bathtub! I Love switching it up & trying new ideas!”
Robert D. Cobb: What is the most exciting aspect of modeling?
Cici Pacifico: “You really never know what kind of projects and opportunities will come your way, or the awesome people you will meet along the way! Its all just unpredictable & exciting.”
Robert D. Cobb: With summer right now here, what fashion and style tips and trends do you have for looking good when the temperature drops?
Cici Pacifico: “Crop tops, cut offs, bikinis and flip flops!!!!”
Athleisure? Fashion or fitness fad?
Cici Pacifico: “A fashion fad of mine would have to be 80’s style swimsuits.”
Robert D. Cobb: What swimwear trends do you see being big this summer?
Cici Pacifico: “The tinier the better! Less tan lines!” 
Robert D. Cobb: What is your go-to swimwear style that you MUST have.
Cici Pacifico: “Style wise, like I said before the 80’s style swimsuits are my absolute favorite!!! They are coming back.”
Within the industry, who is your modeling inspiration?
Cici Pacifico: “Adriana Lima, hands down!”
What is your secret to staying in shape?
Cici Pacifico: Staying active & eating right is the only way to do it!!
Robert D. Cobb: As someone who has is petite yet curvy, what do you think best exudes sexiness and confidence?
Cici Pacifico: “Being yourself and owning it completely. Not being nervous or held back. I’m never afraid to be me or tell it like it is!”
Robert D. Cobb: What is your opinion of the whole “shaming” issue that seems to permeate across social media and how have you handled it, if any haters tried to call you out?
Cici Pacifico: “I mean there’s shaming for everything. Like I said just own who you are and don’t let anyone bring you down. I have had a lot of hate and bad wrap for what I do but if I sit and dwell on what others think of me I will never be happy!! This is something I’ve learned just recently.”
Robert D. Cobb: What would you say is your best feature?
Cici Pacifico: “My eyes in my opinion, some have other ideas!” 
Robert D. Cobb: Any beaches you plan on hitting up this summer?
Cici Pacifico: “I live a block away from Daytona Beach! I always have and I love it!!! I’d like to go somewhere tropical go, the Bahamas!”
Robert D. Cobb: Any future projects coming down the pipeline?
Cici Pacifico: “Oh, I have events and photo shoots every week & I won’t say too much but lets just say I am doing big things!!!”
Robert D. Cobb: Outside of modeling, what are your hobbies?
Cici Pacifico: “I love the beach, I love animals especially puppies, running, swimming, Netflix, I’m an open book!”
Sports question: Who are your favorite teams and clubs?
Cici Pacifico: “New York Yankees baseball, New York Giants football and the Los Angeles Lakers!”
Robert D. Cobb: What are your favorite cities to travel to?
Cici Pacifico: “Tampa is amazing! I like Miami too and New York City!”
Robert D. Cobb: What advice would you give to women aspiring to get into modeling?
Cici Pacifico: “As long as you are confident and own who you are and what you do & represent brands and yourself well than I think anyone has the power to make it!”
