GLENDALE, AZ — With Super Bowl LVII set to kick off between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles, both teams have explosive players on offense who can make an impact on the offensive side of the ball. Below are the top five players to watch.

AJ Brown — WR, Philadelphia Eagles: The main go-to guy for Jalen Hurts since being acquired via trade from the Tennessee Titans, Brown has played as advertised in catching 88 passes for 1,496 yards and 11 touchdowns. If there is any one player who will have a say in the Super Bowl, it is Brown.

DeVonta Smith — WR, Philadelphia Eagles: If the aforementioned Brown is 1A, than the 2021 Heisman Trophy winner out of Alabama in Smith is clearly 1B. Smith, who has quickly emerged as one of the premier deep threats in the league in catching 95 passes for 1,196 yards and seven touchdowns is the perfect compliment to Brown’s bigger more physical style of play. If there is a sleeper Super Bowl MVP candidate not named Hurts, it is the slender and sure-handed Smith.

Dallas Goddert — TE, Philadelphia Eagles: Not the big headliner that Brown, Smith, or Hurts, but Goddert could be the best tight end in the NFL that no one is talking abut. While Travis Kelce, George Kittle and the recently-retired Rob Gronkowski are the top at the position, Goddert is a prime-time baller who is ready to explode on the big stage.

Travis Kelce — TE, Kansas City Chiefs: Arguably the best tight end in the game today, the Cleveland Heights, OH native can cement his name alongside the greats such as Tony Gonzalez, Shannon Sharpe and the aforementioned Gronkowski is getting his second Super Bowl ring. Thanks to the departure of Tyreke Hill, Kelce has emerged as the preeminent focal point on offense, thanks to a great set of hands, and almost unstoppable in the red zone and the middle of the field.

Patrick Mahomes — QB, Kansas City Chiefs: The Heir To Brady. The next G.O.A.T. Pure and simple. After getting humiliated against Tampa Bay 31-9, two years ago, Mahomes has a chance to avenge that loss and stake his claim as the legitimate heir to Brady’s Greatest Of All Time throne.
