In Hollywood, there is always room for fresh new female talent to breakthrough. We saw Shailene Woodley take the leap in 2014 when she was featured in Divergent and The Fault In Our Stars.

The 2015 film slate features some very intriguing faces to keep an eye on, but chances are you will be hearing the name Britt Robertson quite frequently.

Robertson is only 24, but is already quite an accomplished actress.

Her first major role came from the 2007 film, Dan In Real Life, where she starred alongside Steve Carrell.

It’s been a moderate rise to stardom for Robertson. After Dan In Real Life she would be featured in supporting roles in films such as Scream 4 and Delivery Man.  Her most notable project was the CBS series, Under the Dome, and most recently she was featured in the underrated Jennifer Aniston film, Cake.

It’s 2015 which will see Britt Robertson take the next step in her rise to stardom. The South Carolina-born Robertson will star in The Longest Ride, the latest Nicholas Sparks book-to-film adaptation.

If sappy love stories aren’t enough to put Robertson on the Hollywood radar, then maybe Disney can work it’s magic, as she will be starring in the futuristic action film, Tommorowland.

In addition, Robertson will also be featured with Eddie Murphy in the drama Cook, which is slated for release sometime in 2015. It’s too early to predict the breakthrough actress of 2015, but Britt Robertson is someone to watch closely. She has all the ingredients of a Hollywood leading lady.

Will she be able to deliver? Only time will tell, but her future is shining bright.
