Ok reader, you can put the controller down to your FIFA 2015…wait that was not you?

This week has literally been one of the craziest weeks for transfers, between over paying, not willing to pay enough, and missing the deadline, just by a smidge. Obviously the biggest headline in the news this week would have been the Manchester United, with making a large ridiculous purchase for players, and players leaving, and trades not going though.

We all woke up one Tuesday morning, and read that David De Gea was headed to Real Madrid C.F. and that Keylor Navas was going to head to Manchester United. Everyone voiced their opinions, being either extremely ecstatic or up-roared about how terrible of a decision it was, to only realize that the deal never went through. Real Madrid was unable to put the finishing touches on the deal before the transfer window was sealed shut.

It is kind of like bidding for something on Ebay, and you forget to put in the final bid before the time runs out…embarrassing. So the deal that should have sent David De Gea to Real Madrid did not go as planned, but Manchester United was not finished for the day.

Javier Hernandez decided it was time to pack his bags and head out of the FIFA 2015 Manager Mode controlled by Louis Van Gaal, and joins Bayer Leverkusen to be able to have a more dominant role in the starting XI. Also former teammate Adnan Januzaj departed from Manchester United and signed with Dortmund. After losing depth in the attacking part of the Man U squad, they were quickly looking for a replacement, and decided to spend most of their money on one person – Anthony Martial.

Anthony Martial, the 19-year-old former striker for Monaco, recently signed a deal with Manchester United for 36 million pounds ($55.1 million US, $49 million euros). Now do not feel alarmed if you do not know who this young striker is, even Wayne Rooney did not know. While Anthony has not scored any goals in his 2015-16 season, won any trophies, or has had any international caps for his home country. So do not worry children, you can grow up to be a sub-par soccer player and Manchester United will dish out all the money for you.

Current USMNT star and former Seattle Sounders star DeAndre Yedlin recently made a season long loan move to Sunderland, leaving his former Tottenham Spurs for the rest of the season. DeAndre will now have more starting time then previously received at Tottenham, and will play a bigger role, looking to improve the Black Cats to their first win of the EPL season. While DeAndre will be playing for the USMNT during international friendlies, it is still unsure if he will start or even be ready in time to play against his former squad, Tottenham.

Sounds like someone has played too much video games, and not spending enough social life with all the crazy transfers. Yet the best one yet, especially for me, is the current transfer rumor of Croatian Ivica Olic currently speaking with the Seattle Sounders and the Orlando City Soccer Club.

This would be a huge boost for both clubs, me personally anything to help out my OCSC Lions is a large plus, but regardless the larger the MLS becomes, the more big name stars will come to America. With all of these transfer rumors, deals, and trades, which were you excited about, which makes you scratch your head, or even what transfer would you have wanted to see happen???
