1.) It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
As you know, now a day’s the name Yousof Jamil is known as the name of a popular young Bengali poet.As a young poet I consider this popularity is a great achievement for me. You’ve been interested in taking my interview so I feel very honored too. I had a strong interest in writing since I was a child. My poems have been published in various mediums and they have been loved by people and touched the hearts of readers.I am very grateful to the readers of my books and poetry lovers whose support has brought me here today.
2.) I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
It’s true that my success didn’t come easily, I had to struggle a lot. In the context of Bangladesh, it was difficult to create a large readers group as a young poet like me and the publications do not want to publish books of new authors easily. The poems I have written are loved byreadersso I have got many of my fans followers it’s a good luck for me. My first joint book “বেলাঅবেলারকথাকলি”(in English: Bela ObelarKothakoli)was published from India with a famous Indian author. My book has received a massive response and my poems brought me into the discussion.
3.) Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
I am a Bangladeshi poet and author by profession, I am known worldwide for my poetry. My poetry books and poetry are available in various languages across the world in various popular platforms. My poetry books “Sorted Poems”, “Till the End”, “The Poems of Yousof Jamil” are available on Google, Amazon and on various sites worldwide. I am mostly known as a Bangladeshi poet also a author,writer, blogger and entrepreneur so I have many competitors as well.
4.) What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
My advice to all readers is that “there is no substitute for work for success” so everyone should learn to work hard and achieve success.
5.) What else do you have that’s currently in the works?
I am currently writing many other poems to release some new books and working hard as a successful entrepreneur of my publishing agency.
6.) What’s next for you?
I wish to establish myself as a top famous poet all over the world.I want to write more than hundred books and more than ten thousand of poems in my life.
