Standing more can Lowers our Risk of Weight Gain and Obesity of Weight gain is ultimately caused by taking in more calories than we burn it.

It is a matter of fact that almost 1,000 extra calories ca be burned each week simply if we continue standing at our desk each afternoon.

While exercise is the most effective way to burn calories quickly and in a effective manner, simply choosing to stand instead of sitting can also be beneficial to us in losing calories.

Kelly Starret says that “whenever you stand, you need to squeeze your buttocks muscles together, without tucking your rear end in under your pelvis too far or sticking it out behind you too far, either. At the same time, you need to tighten the muscles in your stomach, but not to an exaggerated degree. Don’t tighten the muscles as much as you would if you were expecting someone to punch you”

A proverb goes that , “the more your blood sugar levels increase after meals, the worse it is for your health”.

From a study of several workers in a office it is found that , the workers body (who standing for 180 minutes after taking his or her meal ) is able to reduced the sugar spike by 43% than the workers who are sitting after his or her meal. In another study it is found that the workers standing and sitting after every 30 minutes throughout the whole day ,reduced the sugar spike by 11.1% on an average.

There is no doubt that spending more time on your feet is beneficial for heart health. The concept of standing is better for heart health was first introduced in 1953. By being aware of this fact the scientists have developed a greater understanding about its effect.

There is a product called anti-fatigue mat for those who have to stand for a long time on wood, tile or concrete floors. And for this they can face several health issues like foot,back and neck pain. Besides simply feeling good, the cushiness of an anti-fatigue mat keeps you ever-so-slightly off-balance, which makes you contract the muscles in your shins and calves.

Those who sit all the time at office are continuously being faced some problems. Among them back pain is one of the most common. Again the rate of fatigue burning is comparatively less if we wear shoes. But it is also fact that we cannot wear it whole the day.

They had no impact on their writing. Rather they worked with more energy. Our life duration can be increased by standing. Because by remaining standing our possibility of occurring various diseases have lessened. So, if we do not get proper time for exercise than we can try this standing method with the smart desk to be healthy and fitted.
