Cat/Cow Pose

A favorite of neck and spine specialists to help with spine flexibility and stretching, cow and cat pose is easy to do. Start on your knees and hands, with your back arched (the cat pose). Then, breathe in deeply and push your spine down, rounding your shoulders in the process (the cow pose). Do a few reps of these, and all the tightness of working at a computer all day will be gone.

Tree Pose

This pose is great for balance. Put a few CBD drops on your wrists and slowly get up into tree pose. Stand on one leg, pull your other foot to the side of your calf or the side of your thigh (depending on your flexibility), and clasp your hands together in front of you. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and stay focused in this position to work your core and improve your balance.

Pigeon Pose

As a great hip opener, this pose is fantastic for those who sit all day. Start on the ground and put your left leg behind you. Pull up your right leg to curve around your front left thigh, push forward to stretch your spine, and don’t be afraid to use your hands to stabilize yourself on the ground.
