[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]As WWE heads into the final 4 week stretch before Wrestlemania, this year’s card is starting to take shape. We already know about Sting vs HHH, but there are also so many unanswered questions that will take shape in the next month.
As seen on last Sunday nights pay per view WWE Fastlane, Roman Reigns in now the number one contender for Brock Lesnars WWE World Heavyweight Title. The WWE creative team refuses to abort this plan despite the heavy fan backlash strongly against it from the fans or as they call it, the “WWE Universe”.
Bray Wyatt continues to get over as one of the best talkers and most charismatic characters in the business. He provided an epic promo from inside of a casket t on Sunday night calling out the Undertaker. This is a great storyline as so much mystery still revolves around the Undertaker who hasn’t been seen since last year’s mania. This match is one year too late, but it still should be a great battle.
Randy Orton returned at WWE Fastlane but only 1 week later it seems as though his feud with Seth Rollins has already stalled. The creative team could have not handled this any worse. Orton was red hot for 10 minutes and they squash him by having him “make up” with the Authority. Anyone who has watched pro wrestling for even 2 days can figure out where this is going. He will turn on Rollins again and it will result in a lackluster match at Wrestlemania 31.
The shame of it is, that Daniel Bryan and Dolph Ziggler would both have a better match with Rollins than Orton could have ever dreamed of. A 3 way dance between Daniel Bryan , Ziggler and Rollins would have been an all time classic. My only hope is that they have Ziggler vs Bryan to start the show and tear down the house.
However, even that pipedream now looks lost as they appear to be mixed in the IC Ladder Match shuffle alongside Wade Barrett, Dean Ambrose, Luke Harper and even R-Truth?!
WWE needs to put Paige in the main event picture of the Divas division and allow her to have a classic one off match with Natyla Neidhart. Granted, they will have to scramble to get one of them the Divas Title strap before then, but to ignore the two best female talents on the roster would be a bad mistake.
If they choose to have another Diva Battle Royal or even worse, a Bellas single match, then they miles well just leaves it off the card all together. AJ Lee returned last night as well, so I can also see a 4 way match with Nikki, AJ, Paige and Nattie.
A Cody Rhodes vs Dustin Rhodes match seems more than likely, and that would be a great match for the fans and the competitors. This is one of the greatest families in pro wrestling history. Cody is about to take off like a rocket, they need to let his older brother launch him in what will be his final match.
Cut the gimmicks on this one, tell the true story and the emotion will be overwhelming.
Until next time! No Blood : No Foul[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
