Exercise is often focused on physical transformation. What if there’s a different approach that prioritizes healing, self-connection, and mindfulness? Gabriella Varga, a personal trainer with a unique approach, brings the concept of Trauma-Informed Personal Training (TIPT)  to the forefront, changing how we view fitness.

TIPT is a perspective on exercise that champions a safe and healthy approach personalized to each individual’s needs. Gabi facilitates healing through movement, helping clients connect with their bodies.

Her sessions create a safe space for everyone she works with, using movement as a form of self-care. She focuses on equipping clients with the tools they need, regardless of their activity level or personal history, encouraging them to choose a more mindful approach to health and well-being.

Here’s how Gabi’s consultation, assessment, and journey she provides can help clients make thoughtful decisions for their health and well-being.

The Consultation

Your journey begins with a thoughtful and in-depth consultation. This initial conversation is pivotal, where you open up about what you’re trying to overcome. It’s not limited to fitness-related aspects but anything vital to you.

It’s an opportunity to share what you’ve tried so far, what worked, and what didn’t. It’s about discussing what you need from Gabi and yourself fully to commit to your health journey. Throughout this process, you will feel heard, valued, and understood, creating a safe space where your needs and aspirations are always honored.

The Assessment

Here’s where Gabi’s approach takes a refreshing turn. She delves deeper than other trainers who may use generic fitness assessments. Her focus is on your unique movement patterns, body mechanics, bone structure, mobility, and flexibility.

There is no such thing as one-size-fits-all, something Gabi recognizes and respects. The assessment prepares you for your trauma-informed training program. Although she comes prepared with a plan, it remains adaptable.

It’s okay to divert from the planned workout if it doesn’t feel right at that moment. Gabi recognizes that your body’s needs might not match your initial expectations.

The Journey

Post-assessment, you embark on a journey aided by your file created by Gabi. This file is for your eyes only, fully private. Within it, you’ll find pictures and videos of your movement patterns, helping you track your progress and healing.

Her process is fluid and adaptable. As your needs and aspirations change, the journey evolves accordingly. Each session is a real-time evaluation of your progress, enabling Gabi to make decisions about upcoming sessions.

As Laura from England, one of Gabi’s clients, expresses, “I can’t put into words how grateful I am to Gabi and for the work she so passionately does and strongly cares about.

Gabi Varga’s trauma-informed movement and training are changing lives, offering clients a new path to well-being, healing, and self-connection. If you’re ready to experience the benefits of mindful movement and reconnect with your body and mind, take the first step with Gabi Varga. Your journey to well-being begins here.
