However, there is no denying that it can be unproductive. This is especially true if you are constantly checking e-mail or friend’s updates on social media when you should be focused on your work. Cut these distractions and you will be overall more productive. Your boss might even notice and provide you with a much-needed reward.

Never be afraid to turn life up a notch or two. Whatever you want to accomplish in life, make sure that you are doing everything within your power to reach those goals. If it means turning up the intensity then turn it up as high as it needs to go.
