With another new, but more dedicated and focused regime, the Cleveland Browns kickoff their 2013 campaign on September 8th vs. the Miami Dolphins. Between OTAs, Mini Camps, the NFL Draft, Training Camp, and preseason games, the front office and coaching staff has had time to evaluate and determine the 53 man final roster.

The injury bug has taken a toll in preseason games so far and have fluctuated some decisions. Through four exhibition games, here is my 53 man roster. I have also predicted an eight man practice squad and PUP list. (This is based on not signing anyone from other teams)
