Reports : Seahawks CB Walter Thurmond Suspended Four Games For Substance Abuse

According to media reports, Seattle Seahawks cornerback Walter Thurmond has been suspended four games for substance abuse. Thurmond, a 26-year-old third-year defensive back out of Oregon in the fourth round in the 2010 NFL Draft, was suspended by the league Sunday, and will begin serving his suspension next week in order to be ready to return for the playoffs.
